Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the peeled and deveined shrimp in a mixing bowl. Add olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until all the shrimp are well coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the grated Parmesan with the shrimp, ensuring each piece is generously covered.
Cooking
- Spread the shrimp evenly in a baking dish and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Once out of the oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and sprinkle with parsley.
Notes
For frozen shrimp, thaw them properly before cooking. You can also try adding cheddar or a kick of pepper jack cheese for variations. If desired, enhance the spice with red pepper flakes.
