Method
Preparation
- Begin by separating the Oreo cookies from their cream filling.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until it’s fluffy and smooth. Add the Oreo cream filling back into the mix.
- Crush some whole Oreos until they’re like tiny chocolaty dust.
Assembly
- Lay out a piece of plastic wrap on your working surface.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the wrap, leaving about an inch from the edges.
- Sprinkle the crushed Oreos and mini chocolate chips on top.
- Using the plastic wrap, carefully roll the mixture from one end to the other, pressing gently as you go.
Chilling
- Wrap your roll in the plastic and pop it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, unwrap and use a sharp knife to slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or a sprinkle of extra crushed Oreos.
Notes
