Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese until it’s a smooth dough.
Chilling
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions, roll into balls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Melting
- While the bats are chilling, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
Dipping & Decorating
- Remove the truffles from the fridge and dip each into the melted chocolate, fully coating it. Let any excess chocolate drip off.
- Sprinkle the tops with edible black glitter or sprinkles, and place candy eyes on top while they’re still tacky.
Setting
- Chill the completed truffles in the fridge again for about 15 minutes to set.
- Serve on a platter or in a bat-shaped dish for fun.
Notes
