- In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce and honey. Pour this mixture over the cooked chicken.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Sprinkle rice and mixed vegetables over the top without stirring.
- Cover the skillet and cook on low heat for about 20-25 minutes until the rice is fluffy and chicken cooks through.

Notes
