Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the orange juice and zest.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan(s) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While the cake cools, mix together the powdered sugar, orange juice, and zest until smooth.
- Once the cake is completely cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top, slice, and serve.
