Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the milk and vegetable oil. Stir until just combined.
- On a floured surface, gently knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes.
- Form the dough into a loaf shape and place it in a greased loaf pan, or shape it into a free-form loaf.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let your bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
