- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yogurt, and baking powder. Knead until you have a soft dough, adding more flour if it's sticky.
- Divide the dough into smaller balls about the size of a golf ball and roll them into circles.
- Flatten the balls into discs about ½ inch thick, dusting with flour if they stick.
Cooking
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each disc for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Cover the skillet for a minute to help the discs puff up.
- Remove from heat and cover with a kitchen towel to keep warm.
Notes
