- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and peanut butter. Beat them together until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, roll small portions of the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Place each ball on a lined baking sheet or plate.
- Melt chocolate and drizzle over the balls if desired.
- Return the balls to the fridge for another 15-20 minutes to set.
- Enjoy once firm!
Notes
For added texture, mix in chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week.
