Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and peanut butter. Beat them together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, roll small portions of the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  6. Place each ball on a lined baking sheet or plate.
  7. Melt chocolate and drizzle over the balls if desired.
  8. Return the balls to the fridge for another 15-20 minutes to set.
  9. Enjoy once firm!

Notes

For added texture, mix in chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week.
