Prepare the Crust
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even crust.
Whip Up the Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
Assemble the Cheesecake
- Pour the filling over the ready crust, smoothing it out with a spatula.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
Serve and Enjoy
- Run a knife around the edges of the cheesecake before unclipping the springform pan.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped peanuts, if desired.

Notes
For an extra twist, add some crushed Oreos to the crust. If the filling seems too thick, add a bit more whipped cream!
