Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 1.5 cups crushed graham crackers Use plain or flavored graham crackers for different tastes.
  • 0.5 cups melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
For the Filling
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened Best if at room temperature.
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cups Nutella Add more for an extra layer if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups heavy cream Whipped until stiff peaks form.

Method
 

Preparation of the Crust
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are moistened.
  2. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Making the Filling
  1. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in powdered sugar, Nutella, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until well blended.
Assembly and Setting
  1. Spoon the filling onto your crust, spreading it evenly.
  2. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least four hours, ideally overnight.
Serving
  1. Carefully remove the sides of the springform pan.
  2. Slice and serve, drizzling extra Nutella on top if desired.

Notes

To enhance the texture, consider adding chopped hazelnuts to the filling.
