Method
Preparation of the crust

Folding in whipped cream
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until you achieve a light, fluffy texture.
Assembling the cheesecake
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and use a spatula to smooth it out evenly.
Chilling
- Cover and refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Decoration
- Once set, remove the sides of the springform pan. Top with additional whipped cream and chocolate shavings or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
