  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs

Method
 

Preparation of the crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until everything is well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Making the filling
  1. In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the Irish cream, melted white chocolate, vanilla extract, and salt. Continue to mix until fully blended.
Folding in whipped cream
  1. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until you achieve a light, fluffy texture.
Assembling the cheesecake
  1. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and use a spatula to smooth it out evenly.
Chilling
  1. Cover and refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Decoration
  1. Once set, remove the sides of the springform pan. Top with additional whipped cream and chocolate shavings or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
