  • 1 cup whipped topping Can be store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 each ready-made graham cracker crust You can also make a homemade crust.
  • 2 slices lemon (for garnish) Use lemon slices and zest for decoration.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Slowly pour in the lemonade while mixing until everything is creamy and combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until evenly combined.
  4. Spoon the creamy mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least four hours, or until set.
  6. Once set, garnish with lemon slices and zest, then slice into wedges and serve.

Notes

For variations, try different lemonade flavors or substitute the graham cracker crust with a cookie crust for added flavor. If you're short on time, place the pie in the freezer for about two hours to speed up the chilling process, but be careful not to freeze it solid.
