Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
- Add the softened cream cheese and half of the caramel sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop out portions and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or a double boiler in short intervals.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the chilled bites and add extra caramel on top.
Notes
Substitute caramel with peanut butter for a different twist. Involve kids in the rolling process!
