  • 1 small onion, diced Tear-free options exist

  • guacamole

Method

Cooking Steps to Flavor Town
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add your ground beef (or turkey). Sauté until browned and no longer pink, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. Add the diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Sauté until the veggies are tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Drain any excess grease from the skillet (if using beef) and pour in the nacho cheese sauce. Stir until the beef, veggies, and cheese are combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Lay out your tortillas and spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture into the center. Fold the sides in and roll tightly from the bottom.
  5. For crispy wraps, place them seam-side down in a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes per side, or bake in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Cut your wraps in half, plate them up, and add any desired toppings.

Notes

To keep it lighter, add other veggies like spinach or mushrooms. For spice, add diced jalapeños. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
