- In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, honey, and lemon juice, adding a splash of water if needed to achieve a creamy texture.
Serving
- Once the cauliflower is done, toss it in a generous drizzle of your tahini-honey sauce.
- Before serving, sprinkle some chopped parsley on top for freshness.
Notes
Don’t skimp on spices for Moroccan flair. You can prep the tahini-honey sauce early and roast the cauliflower beforehand. This dish pairs beautifully with quinoa or your favorite protein.
