- In a medium-sized saucepan, combine barbecue sauce, grape jelly, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat over medium-low until smooth.
- Add Little Smokies to the saucepan, stirring to coat well in the sauce.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked smokies to a serving dish. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
Notes
Consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra heat. You can also make this in a slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours. For leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
