  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 stick unsalted butter Cut into pats.
  • 6-8 pieces pepperoncini peppers Adjust quantity for spice preference.
  • Optional: Cooked rice or bread for serving Serve over rice or in sandwiches.

Preparation
  1. Place your chicken breasts in a slow cooker, stacking them neatly.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the chicken.
  3. Slice the stick of butter into pats and distribute them across the top of the chicken.
  4. Add the pepperoncini peppers on top, including a splash of juice if desired.
  5. Cover and cook on low for about 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serving
  1. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker, mixing it with the sauce.
  2. Serve over rice or on bread to create a delicious sandwich.

Notes

Leftovers taste even better the next day; reheat in the microwave. Drizzle with hot sauce for extra spice. This dish freezes well, making it perfect for meal prep.
