Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut your cabbage into wedges, about 1 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, blend the melted butter, miso paste, honey (or maple syrup), and garlic until smooth.
- Place your cabbage wedges on a baking sheet and brush generously with the miso butter mixture.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
- Roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Once roasted, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve warm.
