- Tip: Keep the lobster mixture off-limits until served!
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a dab of butter.
- Toast the buns in the skillet, cut side down, for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Assembly
- Remove toasted buns and fill each with a generous spoonful of the lobster mixture.
- If desired, add a crisp lettuce leaf for extra crunch.

Notes
These mini lobster rolls can also be prepared with other seafood like shrimp or crab meat. For the best flavor, toast buns fresh right before serving.
