Preparation
- Grab an 8x8-inch baking dish and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
Melting
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
Mixing
- Stir in the chopped pistachios, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
Setting
- Pour the melted mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Serving
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment and cut into squares.
Notes
