Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Can substitute with milk or dark chocolate chips.
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk Use a standard can.
Flavor Additions
  • 1 cup chopped pistachios Chopped for better mixing.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract For enhanced flavor.
  • 1 pinch sea salt Enhances the sweet flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grab an 8x8-inch baking dish and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
Melting
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
Mixing
  1. Stir in the chopped pistachios, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
Setting
  1. Pour the melted mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Serving
  1. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment and cut into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week or freeze for longer storage. Each bite is a delightful, nutty explosion!
