Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut a circle in the top of the bread loaf, creating a lid. Remove the insides to form a bowl.
- Place the brie inside the bread bowl. Optionally, slice the top off the brie.
- Pour your cranberry sauce over the brie and sprinkle fresh rosemary or thyme on top.
Baking
- Place your bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Encourage guests to pull off pieces of the bread bowl and dive into the cheesy goodness.
Notes
If the brie spills out, consider it a sign of deliciousness! Customize with toppings like toasted nuts or fresh fruit. Store leftovers separately in airtight containers in the fridge.
