  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste crushed red pepper optional for extra kick

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix It Up: In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Pour in the olive oil and mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop it Out: Use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing the mounds about an inch apart.
Baking
  1. Bake to Perfection: Pop the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  2. Cool Down: Let the crisps cool for a few minutes before serving.
