Preparation
- Brew and chill coffee. Make strong coffee the night before or use leftover cold brew. Alternatively, dissolve instant espresso powder in cold water.
- Add liquids to the blender. Pour in the chilled coffee and milk first. Stir in the vanilla extract and sugar or syrup.
- Sweeten with caramel. Add 3 tablespoons of caramel sauce to the blender.
- Add ice. Toss in the ice and secure the lid.
- Blend. Pulse on high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and thick.
- Taste test. Spoon to check sweetness and texture; adjust if necessary.
- Serve with flair. Pour into a tall glass, top with whipped cream, and drizzle with additional caramel.
Notes
Chill your cup ahead of time for a frostier drink. If your blender struggles, melt some ice in the coffee before blending.
