Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Use good quality white chocolate for better flavor.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz can.
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries Ensure they are drained and chopped.
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts Optional, but adds great texture.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Enhances the overall flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to help you lift the fudge out later.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped maraschino cherries, nuts (if using), and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  5. Once firm, use the overhanging parchment to lift it out of the pan and cut into squares.
Serving
  1. Sit down with a piece (or two) and enjoy your creation!

Notes

Chop the maraschino cherries well; big chunks can make the fudge harder to slice. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week. Consider adding different mix-ins for variations.
