Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for crispy cauliflower.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, sriracha, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Drizzle the maple sriracha mixture over the cauliflower and toss until all florets are coated.
Cooking
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
Notes
Substitute sriracha with any hot sauce if necessary. For a heartier meal, consider adding chickpeas or serving over quinoa. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
