- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until they’re well coated.
Cooking
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the florets are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
Serving
- Once roasted, sprinkle with chopped green onions or cilantro, and enjoy!
Notes
Adjust the Sriracha for less heat; pair with quinoa or brown rice for a meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
