  • 1 large head large head of cauliflower Cut into bite-sized florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust for spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • Chopped green onions or cilantro For garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until they’re well coated.
Cooking
  1. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the florets are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
Serving
  1. Once roasted, sprinkle with chopped green onions or cilantro, and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust the Sriracha for less heat; pair with quinoa or brown rice for a meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
