Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until evenly combined using your hands.
  4. Shape the mixture into about 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. For the glaze, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
  6. Drizzle formed meatballs with olive oil and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Toss the meatballs in the glaze while still hot.
  8. Serve with veggies, over rice, or as appetizers with toothpicks.

Notes
