  • 1 whole orange, peeled and segmented Feel free to skip the pith for easier sipping!
  • 1 whole banana Adds creaminess to the smoothie.
  • 1 cup yogurt Greek or your favorite variety.
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice The more, the merrier!
  • handful cups ice cubes For that refreshing chill.
Optional Add-ins
  • splash coconut milk For a creamy touch.
  • spoonful honey If you like it extra sweet.
  • sprinkle chia seeds or spinach For an added nutritional punch.

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the diced mango, orange segments, banana, yogurt, fresh orange juice, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend on high until everything is smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness with honey or thickness with more yogurt or juice as desired.
  4. Serve in a glass or take it to go!

Notes

If your smoothie is too thick, add more orange juice. For extra nutrition, consider adding spinach or kale. Store leftover smoothie in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
