Main ingredients
  • 4 pieces lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Best quality for flavor
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Increase for more flavor
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream For a rich sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice To brighten the dish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Cut the lobster tails down the middle lengthwise.

  1. Place the lobster tails cut side up on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Remove lobster from the oven, drizzle the garlic butter cream sauce generously over the lobster tails, and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use fresh lobster for the best results. Consider adding lemon zest for added flavor. Serve with pasta or garlic bread for a complete meal.
