Method
Cooking the Ravioli
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a gentle boil. Add the lobster ravioli and cook according to the package instructions—usually around 3-5 minutes. Stir gently to avoid sticking.
Preparing the Lemon Butter Sauce
- While the ravioli is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted and slightly bubbling, add the lemon juice and zest. Stir until combined.
Combining & Serving
- Once the ravioli is cooked, reserve a cup of the pasta water. Drain the rest and gently toss the ravioli in the saucepan with the lemon butter sauce. Add a splash of the reserved water for a creamier sauce. Season with salt and pepper and mix lightly.
Garnishing
- Sprinkle the freshly chopped parsley over the dish and serve.
Notes
Don’t overcook the ravioli! They’re delicate. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat. If the sauce looks lumpy, stir well.
