Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. If desired, add red pepper flakes.
- Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise, lay cut side up on a baking sheet, and spread the garlic butter mixture generously on each half.
- Sprinkle the chopped lobster meat over the buttered bread and press down lightly.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- For an extra crispy finish, switch to broil for one minute, watching carefully.
Serving
- Remove from oven, slice into portions, and serve warm. Pair with a fresh salad or chilled white wine.
Notes
