Ingredients
  

For the Lobster Mixture
  • 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped Fresh lobster is recommended.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Essential for flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice Adds a zesty kick.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For Serving
  • Baguette slices, toasted To provide a crunchy base.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until bubbly and aromatic, avoiding browning.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Gently add in the chopped lobster meat and stir to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Squeeze in the lemon juice and sprinkle in the parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix well.
  5. While preparing the lobster, toast the baguette slices in the oven for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Serve by spooning the lobster mixture onto the toasted baguette slices while warm.

Notes

Use fresh lobster for better texture and flavor. If you're short on time, toast the baguette slices first and keep them warm.
