Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta or your pasta of choice
Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Seafood
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked salmon, flaked
Garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the fettuccine. Follow package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.
Preparing the Alfredo Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously, and bring to a gentle simmer.
Adding Cheese and Seasoning
  1. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Incorporating the Seafood
  1. Fold in the lobster, crab, and salmon delicately, ensuring every piece is covered in sauce.
Combining Everything
  1. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed for creaminess.
Serving
  1. Plate the dish, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve.

Notes

Seafood Selection: Frozen alternatives can be used in place of fresh seafood. Just ensure they’re thawed and well-drained. A pinch of red pepper flakes can add a kick to your Alfredo.
