- Once the potatoes are done baking, carefully slice them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Top each potato with the sautéed shrimp, a generous dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese, and a sprinkle of green onions.

- Serve these loaded potatoes with lemon wedges on the side.

You can microwave the potatoes for a quicker option. Wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for about 10-12 minutes until tender. You can also customize toppings with crispy bacon bits or hot sauce for added flavor.
