  • 1 cup Black Beans, drained Adds substance and protein to the dish.
  • 1/2 cup Olives, sliced Choose black or green olives based on preference.
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Onions For a fresh crunch.
Finishing Touches
  • 1 cup Sour Cream For a creamy finish.
  • 1 cup Guacamole Homemade or store-bought, a must-have!
  • 1 cup Salsa Choose from mild to spicy.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese over the chips.
  4. Add jalapeños, black beans, and any other toppings you desire.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  2. Remove from the oven and top with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. Sprinkle with green onions.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Do not skimp on the tortilla chips; quality matters! You can experiment with toppings according to your taste. For extra crunch, toast the tortilla chips before adding toppings.
