Ingredients
Method
Marinating the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix the chicken breasts with olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon pepper seasoning. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking the Chicken
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until it’s fully cooked and has a golden-brown crust.
Making the Lemon Pepper Sauce
- While the chicken is cooking, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon pepper seasoning, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
Preparing the Wraps
- Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
Assembling the Wraps
- On each tortilla, lay out the lettuce, diced tomatoes, chicken strips, and a generous drizzle of the lemon pepper sauce.
Finishing Touches
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it tightly from the bottom up. If you want to toast them, pop them on a hot skillet for a minute.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
Don't skip the marinade for a flavor boost! Feel free to add veggies like cucumbers or bell peppers to customize the wraps.
