Preparation
  1. Thaw the frozen crab legs either in the refrigerator overnight or by soaking them in cold water for about 30 minutes. Rinse them gently and set aside.
Cooking Crab Legs
  1. In a large pot, bring enough water to a boil to cover the crab legs. Add a pinch of salt and then introduce the crab legs, cooking for about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Making Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Stir and let it sizzle for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Once golden, mix in the lemon juice and add a dash of salt.
Serving
  1. Place the crab legs on a serving platter and drizzle the garlic butter sauce generously over them. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat in the oven. Serve with garlic bread, roasted vegetables, or a light salad.
