Preparation
- Thaw the frozen crab legs either in the refrigerator overnight or by soaking them in cold water for about 30 minutes. Rinse them gently and set aside.
Cooking Crab Legs
- In a large pot, bring enough water to a boil to cover the crab legs. Add a pinch of salt and then introduce the crab legs, cooking for about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Making Garlic Butter Sauce
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Stir and let it sizzle for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Once golden, mix in the lemon juice and add a dash of salt.
Serving
- Place the crab legs on a serving platter and drizzle the garlic butter sauce generously over them. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat in the oven. Serve with garlic bread, roasted vegetables, or a light salad.
