Preparation
- Chop your veggies into thin strips.
- If using protein, make sure it's cooked and sliced.
Cooking Noodles
- Cook the rice noodles as per package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Soften Rice Paper
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper in the water for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
Rolling
- Place the softened rice paper wrapper on a clean surface. Add a small amount of noodles, assorted veggies, and herbs in the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll from the bottom until tightly wrapped.
Air Frying
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray the rolls with cooking spray or brush with oil.
- Arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Serving
- Serve warm with a side of soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Keep filling light for the best results. Ensure rolls are well-coated with oil for maximum crunch.
