Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out your thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface until smooth.
Mixing the Filling
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix everything together until it's nice and creamy.
Assembly
- Spread the cheesy mixture evenly over each puff pastry sheet, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Carefully roll each pastry sheet up from one end to the other, keeping it tight.
- Slice the rolled logs into approximately 1-inch pieces and place them cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg to achieve a golden color.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven before serving to crisp them up again. You can prepare them a day ahead and pop them in the oven just before serving.
