Ingredients
  

For the Creamy Filling
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped (drained)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 each egg (for egg wash)
For the Pastry
  • 1 box frozen puff pastry (2 sheets)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out your thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface until smooth.
Mixing the Filling
  1. In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix everything together until it's nice and creamy.
Assembly
  1. Spread the cheesy mixture evenly over each puff pastry sheet, leaving a small border around the edges.
  2. Carefully roll each pastry sheet up from one end to the other, keeping it tight.
  3. Slice the rolled logs into approximately 1-inch pieces and place them cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the tops with beaten egg to achieve a golden color.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven before serving to crisp them up again. You can prepare them a day ahead and pop them in the oven just before serving.
