Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the hot fudge sauce and the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
Baking
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cool, slice and serve with a drizzle of hot fudge on top.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for added indulgence.
