  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then pour the marinade over them. Let them soak in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Once the oil is sizzling, add the pork chops and cook them for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Pour the leftover marinade into the pan and simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently until it thickens slightly.
  4. Pour the sauce over the pork chops before serving.
Serving
  1. Transfer the pork chops to plates, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle with fresh parsley or green onions if desired.
