  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail on or off) Choose large or jumbo shrimp for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted in the skillet.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adds sweetness to the sauce.
  • 1-2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice Adds freshness.
  • as needed garnish fresh parsley Optional, for presentation.

Preparation
  1. Rinse your shrimp in cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
  2. Once the butter is bubbly, mix in the honey and Old Bay seasoning.
  3. Toss the shrimp into the pan and stir to coat them in the sauce. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish before serving.
  5. Scoop the shrimp onto a plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve.

Notes

Store any leftover shrimp in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Adjust seasoning based on preference.
