- Taste the ketchup and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.
- Once achieved flavor perfection, let it cool down.
- Pour the homemade ketchup into a clean glass jar or bottle.
- Store in the fridge for up to a month.
Notes
Don’t fear the blend; little tomato chunks are fine. You can add hot sauce or smoked paprika for a different twist.
