Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened Softened for perfect creamy texture
  • 1/2 cup honey Golden goodness that makes everything better
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon This is where the magic happens
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt A pinch to balance the sweetness

Method

Preparation
  1. Make sure your butter is softened, not rock hard. If you're short on time, microwave it for a few seconds.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, honey, ground cinnamon, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or whisk.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more honey or an extra dash of cinnamon if desired.
  4. Scoop the mixture into a jar or airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for about a month.
  5. Use the cinnamon honey butter on toast, muffins, or pancakes, or enjoy it straight from the jar.

Notes

Ensure butter is at room temperature for a smooth texture. If using a fork, blend well for best results. You can add vanilla extract or nutmeg for flavor variations.
