Preparation
- If using fresh cranberries, rinse them under cool water and chop if they’re too large.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey, adding a pinch of cinnamon.
Layering
- In a clear glass or bowl, start with a layer of the yogurt mixture.
- Add a layer of cranberries, followed by a sprinkle of granola.
- Repeat the layers until your container is full.
Finishing Touches
- Dollop any remaining yogurt on top, add a few cranberries, and finish with granola.
Chill
- If not serving right away, chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Notes
These parfaits can be prepared the night before; just keep granola separate until serving for crunch.
