  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt or any yogurt of your choice
  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries if using dried, ensure they are soft and chewy
  • 1 cup granola feel free to use your favorite blend or make your own
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for the vegan option
  • 1 pinch cinnamon for added festive spice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. If using fresh cranberries, rinse them under cool water and chop if they’re too large.
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey, adding a pinch of cinnamon.
Layering
  1. In a clear glass or bowl, start with a layer of the yogurt mixture.
  2. Add a layer of cranberries, followed by a sprinkle of granola.
  3. Repeat the layers until your container is full.
Finishing Touches
  1. Dollop any remaining yogurt on top, add a few cranberries, and finish with granola.
Chill
  1. If not serving right away, chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Notes

These parfaits can be prepared the night before; just keep granola separate until serving for crunch.
