- Grab a medium saucepan and combine your sugar, butter, and milk over medium heat. Stirring frequently, let this mixture come to a boil.
- Once boiling, let it boil for 5 minutes. Keep an eye on it.
- Remove the pot from the heat and whisk in the Hershey's Cocoa until fully incorporated.
- Stir in your vanilla extract, and add the marshmallows and nuts if desired.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 9×9-inch pan and spread it evenly.
- Let the fudge cool at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker results.
- Once cooled, cut it into squares.
