  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and slice the mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella, artichokes, and mixed olives.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Combining
