Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a jar or small bowl, combine the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, honey, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Whisk or shake vigorously until blended well.
  3. Add the minced garlic and stir gently.
  4. Toss in the chopped parsley and give it another stir.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust as needed.
  6. Pour the dressing into an airtight container and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before using.

Notes

This dressing keeps well in the refrigerator for up to a week. Consider adding red chili flakes for extra heat.
