- If you haven’t already, peel and devein your shrimp.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Once the butter is melted, toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, sprinkle on the paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Drizzle in the lemon juice, give it a good stir, and remove from heat.
- Plate your Henny Butter Shrimp and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Notes
Don't overcook the shrimp, as overcooked shrimp can be chewy. Serve with garlic bread or a light salad for best results.
