Preparation
- Spread a good layer of softened cream cheese over each tortilla, reaching the edges.
- Lay 3 slices of ham on top of the cream cheese, then place 3 slices of cheese over the ham. Add greens or mustard if desired.
- Starting at one end, roll the tortilla tightly but not so tight that the ingredients spill out.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into bite-sized pinwheels, about 1-inch thick.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve fresh.
Notes
These pinwheels can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. They're great for making ahead of time.
